We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If that is not the case, please follow these guidelines for an easy return or exchange.

1. Before making a return, email us at LTboutique@liebermantranche.com or contact us by phone at 1-(514) 747-5510 (Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm -Eastern Time)
2. For obvious reaons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for items that have been washed or used;
3. For hygienic reasons, we can not accept returns on any duvets;
4. We offer refunds or exchanges within 60 days after the customer purchase;
5. You are responsible for the cost of shipping any items you wish to return to Lieberman Boutique;
6. Initial shipping fees and all costs on returns are the customers’ responsibility;
7. Please be aware that all customers outside Canada will bear the sole responsibility for any taxes and duties your local customs office may have charged for the goods when they entered the country;
